Had good luck here, mostly. Service is good. Omelette and burger both seemed to be a little overdone.
Most of the food lacked seasoning. I order cornbread, deviled eggs, grits and the lamb kebabs and none of it was tasty. If your looking for southern food this isn’t it but if you’re on a low sodium diet this is the perfect place. The service was excellent, great wait time.
I would like to say that I did like the staff although I wasn’t quite sure why only one person was doing all the work. The girl was working the bar and waiting on the tables and the man that answered the door apparently was only there to answer the door. Anyways. I was over charged and even though they claimed to have fixed it my bank statement says differently. The food was regular and even though it was only 7 people in the restaurant the kitchen took its sweet time. The drinks were good. The leather on the seats were crumbling maybe purposely for effects but the faucets weren’t even attached to the counter ♀️ I don’t go out often but I probably won’t be going back.
Came here for the whiskey selection and was not disappointed. It's connected to a hotel and the bar feels like it, but the very relaxed vibe, the ambiance created by the warm lighting, and lack of big crowd make it worth a return visit.
Bartender closed the bar at 10:30 even though they said they’d be open til midnight. Also double charged me for a Negroni sbagliato and hit me with a super tacky “kitchen appreciation fee” even though the kitchen was fully closed before we got there and it wasn’t on the cocktail menu. Drinks were fine but nothing special. Will not be coming back.
Visited for New Years Eve, and the server was great and the drinks were decent, the atmosphere was nice, but the food was not up to par very disappointing but may give them another chance.
Great food. Fantastic hosts at the bar and the restaurant. Recommend.
Not bad, not great but OK if you need a quick bite.
