Round Table Pizza

Nelson was great! I have worked at a pizza place before and I was impressed Nelson by his great service. Very clean, and good looking salad bar. Worked out great for my lunch break.

Walked in with my family waited almost 10 minutes at the counter with a line behind me. No one came out to greet us or let us know they would be with us in a bit. This round table had taken a turn for the worst in customer service. You have lost our business in the future.

(Fresh ingredients every time how can you go wrong only thing bad with this place is having to pick up as they sometimes take up 3 spots for their delivery drivers up front where I feel should be more convenient for pick up customers).. so that was my review just 2 months ago and a 4 star in total but now they down to a 1 star , not only did the crew there not look like they wanted to work there but their appearance alone was not acceptable . The food was horrible I spent 47$ on 1 large pepperoni and 1 med King Arthur and both were so bad I wanted to return my food for the first time ever in my life .

The lemon pepper bone in wings tasted good. The king Arthur pizza always tastes great.

Customer service is great! Me and my family family will definitely be dining here again, the bathrooms smell good and are clean. The TV shows are entertaining, and the music is kid friendly but also enjoyable to adults. The decorations are a nice touch to the places atmosphere as well. The vegatarian options are good as well, perfext for my vegatarian daughter!

Wow! Such great customer service! When I arrived to pickup my pizza, they said they had to remake my order so I would have to wait an additional 5 minutes. Not a problem, restaurant was clean & quiet. I unexpectedly received a $3.00 discount & they gave me the original order! (On the original order they forgot to add extra cheese). Their kindness & professionalism is very much appreciated! Thank you Round Table (Shaw & West)!!
