Round Table Pizza

First off, the pizza was delicious! Salad bar, clean, and on point. However, I am a loyal, Round Table Pizza, customer, and have had the app for a very long time now, and use my rewards frequently! I was told today that they are no longer doing the rewards program, and that it has been discontinued. I was extremely dissatisfied especially after seeing all the signage that still up and around the store. Even QR codes that show take you right to the rewards website. I’m not sure if this is something that this specific store is stopping but it should be well noted. Considering how expensive Round Table Pizza is I always loved being able to get rewarded for my continuous loyalties. Also! If you’re going to claim to be a clubhouse and have a beer bar area, you should probably have more than simply 2 out of 10 beers on tap in stock. That was a huge letdown!

Food was alright but our twists came out probably 15 mins after our pizza when we asked for them. Looked like the manager was doing everything. He needed to deligate some work to his disappearing employees. And I don't think he knows that under 21 yr old employees can not be behind the bar... Hope he figures it out before they lose their liquor license! Update... So I was trying to place an order at round table and to do that online I had to sign up for their rewards program. When I went to redeem my reward, I was told that round table no longer does the rewards and it would not be redeemed... Not very nicely. I had every intention of ordering a pizza with my reward but I did not. And I will not in the future either. I have been a round table Pizza customer for almost 40 years, they just lost my business for sure! Will not be returning

They need more employees and with specific roles. 1 guy on register, also answering phone, also going back in the kitchen to make pizza also taking food to the tables, etc

I don't typically go to this location but we got a coupon add in the mail and the location I used to go to wasn't included in the locations that accept the coupons. Plus the new Pepperoni Bacon Italiano is like $10 cheaper here than the location I used to go to so I honestly don't even have a reason to not continue going here if I want Round Table. Oh yeah, they have an arcade room at this one too.

This pizza is the best pizza in the whole country, never had a such great pizza. I even tried Lombardi in New York which is number 2 in the world but I guess this pizza is something else. I hope it stays this way.

They need more and better staff. I was ignored at the counter for much too long, just to pay an outrageous price for a mediocre pizza.
