Roti R Us

This is the worst Roti I have ever had. Poorly seasoned curry chicken huge chunks of potatoes and chick peas and most importantly that skin is not made there and or its a bad recipe. Never again Parking: Gross food very disappointing

*Curry Shrimp Should NOT Melt In Your Mouth!* I ordered some curry shrimp with channa and potatoes, pumpkin and buss up shot roti. Also got soursop/passionfruit juice. Based on the total price (over $70 for 3 dishes and 3 drinks), I was expecting a dish that tasted decent, was properly spiced, and would be nice and filling to start my day. What I got instead was SEVERELY overcooked shrimp (curry shrimp should NOT melt in your mouth! Ever!!!), channa that was the consistency of mush, potato chunks that only a dog or cat might eat, and pumpkin that tasted like nothing (I only realized I was eating pumpkin after a closer look at my plate-- more on that later). Presentation initially seemed as expected for a take out restaurant, but as I looked at the dish some more, you realize that you might as well be eating curry shrimp "soup", which is NOT a soup I'd ever like to try. Restaurant was not a welcoming place to walk into, although I never felt unwelcome there and I was in and out within 1 minute or so. food looked nice in the restaurant, presented buffet style to be served by the employees working there. I only give 1 star for the buss up shot, it was moist and not very oily (not as oily as other Caribbean restaurants serve to patrons), which was refreshing. Not a place I would recommend. Overpriced and overcooked.

A side of pumpkin is 10.00.....that's all I have2say....at least that's what I was told....crazy Manhattan prices,lol

Food was good. One woman had attitude like It bothered her when u ordered

I have the flu, so on my way home, I bought some chicken soup. It was too salt. I Suffer with high blood pressure, so I had to throw it away. I just didn’t feel like going back to take it back because I am not feeling well. Worst soup I have ever tasted.

This place is disgusting. I had my sister bring skins for me because I live out of town. She specifically ask for Dhalpuri skins, these liars claim these were freshly made and this is what I got. They are dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves.

Food is occasionally alright however the customer service is very poor which detracts from the experience

Not sure what to think about this.. I tried picking at it, but it's not coming off the pumpkin... is it suppose to look like that..... if it's not, then this is a problem... not a single soul that supports YOUR pockets, should have to think 2,3,4 times before taking the next bite... I was clearly destroying the roti before instinct kicked in and I decided to check.

2nd time I tried to order and there was no boneless chicken or shrimp roti...smdh

I order doubles….the worse!!!! The skin was hard, not even a bit of tamarin sauce. Do Better!
