Great family owned restaurant. Pizza was the best in town by far and delicious! Customer service was outstanding and the delivery was on time.

Went there to pick up my order and the waitress was very rude insisting that I wait in line behind people ordering while she was on her phone.

I have ordered from them multiple times and always had great things to say about them. Now this one specific time my co worker ordered through a 3rd party app and when I spoke to the manager he basically he said “there’s nothing i can do to help you “ mind you we use this restaurant atleast once a month at our business around the corner. Well they just lost a customer because the complete disrespect and attitude given when explaining the whole situation. Oh, and they forgot my soda!!!

Seafood festival is the best and the wine couldn't be better with it while I was waiting for my takeout. Customer service was outstanding, and Anthony was so accommodating and very helpful with the menu and a good seller to. As well with the rest of the staff were so nice and the people over the counter. Will be coming back

I'm a regular customer of ROTELLI because the food, in general, is Delicious and the service from waiters is always excellent by Fernando, Jimmy, and Enza. But in the last few months food waiting time has been getting longer and longer, even with pick-up service.

Rude, poor customer service, owner’s son is a misogynist that treats female customers in the most disrespectful ways.Won’t be ordering from them ever again.
