Rotelli Pizza & Pasta

I used to love this place, but it pains me to say that I won’t be ordering from here again. The last 5 times we have ordered, it has been nothing short of frustrating. First, let me explain that I have placed my orders through multiple services, including Uber, slice and by calling the store directly and all have resulted in the same experience. The app shows pizza is on its way, 30-40 minutes later we notify the app we still haven’t received it, they tells us to call the restaurant since they take their own deliveries. First time they said the driver was lost but will be there shortly, next time they said it must have been delivered to a neighboor, they are going to prepare it again and send it, next time they said there was an issue with the order and they were going to prepare and send. All if these times, I wait over two hours for a raw in the center pizza. Love the food, when they cook it all the way versus rushing to make up orders they missed. But after so many consecutive delivery issues, I am done giving them my money, maybe if enough people do the same, they will fix this issue.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and amazing food! The crispy calamari and the Napoletana pizza were delicious, served hot and fresh. The tiramisu was awesome as well. Highly recommended.

Very good pizza. I tend to avoid pizza places because I have a tendency to "just one more slice" but their small pizza was perfect for my wife and myself. The service was polite, friendly and efficient

I love Rotelli for an everyday family lunch or dinner. The atmosphere was amazing as was the service and the food. Comfy seats and clean interior. The courses were the star of the show. Me and my family especially the kids found it amusing to see the pizza being made in the front. The kids favorite item to get is by far the Sophia’s pizza they LOVE IT. “Best pizza ever" highly recommend.
