They are bagels. If bagels are your jam, this is the place to go, even if I kind of fail to see the point of bagels. The young man working the counter is excellent though, he's definitely got the workers spirit.

This is our absolute favorite breakfast place in Austin!! We visit just about every Saturday morning. The rose n shine sandwich is delicious and reasonably priced, the staff is very friendly, and the service is quick. In my opinion it’s a way better experience than spending 2-3 hours and $50 at a typical brunch place!

Best bagel you can get outside of NYC. If you're in the area, you need to go.

Love this place and the people. Delicious and reasonably prices bagel - i got the everything with scallions. Closest thing to NY I've found outside of NY. Nice coffee too.

Very likely the best bagel south of the Mason-Dixon line and certainly the best bagel in Texas. You would be a fool to not visit this establishment for a bagel that offers the perfect combination of crunch and chew, an excellent and diverse array of designer schmears, and an opportunity to meet their Chief Bagel Officer, Mr. Rosen himself. Every aspect of the RBC experience is a home run, you’re doing yourself a disservice by not going.
