As always, food was good. Never a let down.
Came on here for a quick bite for lunch. We asked if sat down to eat, if it would be possible to be in and out within less than an hour and they surely delivered. The waitress came up and took out order, which everyone got the staple “CHICKEN AND WAFFLE COMBO” and everyone was happy with their choice. The waffles had ample butter and syrup. The waffles were soft and large in size. The chicken was piping hot which made it even more delicious. The hot sauce was super on point. The venue had a lot of patrons in at the time and people were relatively friendly especially when the neighborhood seemed a bit not so friendly. We were proved wrong which I love. The price on the food wasn’t terrible but it was more on the pricey side for a chicken and waffle joint but hey, they are known for their name and the service was SPOT on! I would recommend to try it. Just take it easy on the butter, hahah! Overall I would give this place a 4 out of 5. Would love to try other specialty items off their menu in the future.
I ate there last night my son's favorite and my other son loves the waffles and fried chicken i don't allow him to eat fried foods often so whenever he does its a real treat We were so hyped to go we ordered 3 Barak Obamas 4 minutes later the food was on our table Cold waffles spongy cold drenched in butter on a hospital cafeteria plate the chicken wasn't done in the inside i sent the chicken back the cook didn't have the galls to drain the grease from the chicken so I titled one side of my plate onto a napkin we couldn't eat it the food is disgusting and the prices are arrogant.
Great food as always but this location seemed way more expensive than the rest. Great service tho!
Great chicken and waffles in town!
Best waffles and chicken I have ever had!
Visited from Dallas right off the plane for breakfast. I'd been to Roscoe's several times over the past 20 years, but only to this location twice. Every visit, it seems like the prices are exponentially higher than the previous visit. The prices have grown to a big turn off from future visits (near 6 for a small glass of fresh squeezed orange juice???). On top of that, the orange juice tasted like rinds. Had to send it back for the diabetes-inducing sweet tea and lemonade. The food is delicious though, but coming from Texas, it's just an expensive Waffle House without chicken.
