Wow, the piazza is the best I have ever tried
The Pizza slices are Huge
Best pizza and Italian beef and sausage sandwiches we have had since moving here from Chicago.
Italian beef sandwiches are served on ITALIAN bread. If an Italian beef is served on French bread then it's a French dip sandwich. An Italian beef sandwich can be dipped even a day in advance and it will absorb like a sponge. French bread doesn't do this and that's why the dip is served alongside the sandwich never pre-dipped because it's only good for immediate consumption. I asked if they used Italian bread and they said yes and the answer was NO. The result was a soup sandwich. That is more disgusting than it sounds. This took 30 minutes to serve me and cost me $15.00.
Great local spot for a bite to eat. The personal thin crust pizza is what I went with and it was delicious. The waiter was amazing and attentive. The drinks were cold and refreshing. Would definitely come back again!
Great food. I used to live in Chicago near the original one, and this certainly compares. I must also say they have really great happy hour specials to keep from breaking the bank. I've been here several times, and their only real weakness is the service. They definitely have California vibes on the front. Sometimes it's been very bad, but sometimes it's been very good. It just depends on when you go, I guess. Either way, I would recommend grabbing an Italian beef or pizza at this place for sure.
Super thin crust is really good on the White pizza.
Good stuff great lunch specials
