Very friendly service. The takeout chicken parmesan was everything I hope it would be, and I can also recommend the mozzarella sticks.

Ordered a pizza from here through Door Dash. Pizza came like it was completely laid on it's side with all toppings in the end of the box. Call Door Dash...nothing they can do except give me $5.00 which doesn't even cover the driver tip. ***UPDATE**The owner of Rosati's Lombard called me the next day and sent me another pizza at no charge to make up for the Door Dash issue. I was very appreciative of that and happy with the response and resolution and great customer service!
