Rosati's

I ordered the Zeppole as I have several times in the past. This time several pieces were raw. When I called the store, they told me, “that’s the way it’s supposed to be.” I said, “I’ve never had Zeppole that were raw like this before and”. Stella (said she was the manager) said she didn’t know what to tell me because that is the way they make them and there’s nothing she could do for me. I thanked her and hung up. I checked the website and they are described as “crispy pieces of dough”. I called Stella back, she hung up on me. I called again and she answered this time. I let her know what the website said and she continued to say they are supposed to be raw. She said she could give me a $5 credit on my account but that was about it. I declined. What is $5 dollars when the item was $8 plus tax and tip! This was HORRIBLE customer service and I will likely never order from here again! Your system won’t let me attach photos. I’ll be happy to provide those via email.

Never been to this place, but now this is my favorite place. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the fresh mozzarella and basil gave it a delightful burst of flavor. The tomato sauce was balanced, not too sweet or tangy. Overall, a tasty and satisfying pizza experience!"

OMG, just had the craziest good Chicago pizza at Rosati's Pizza. Legit felt like I was back in the Windy City. Flavors are insane! Definitely my new go-to spot. Thanks, Rosati's Pizza – you rock!
