Taco Tuesday deal is really good

This is strike one. Drive thru. Ordered 3 chicken. Tacos with cheese. Here is the problem. Lady said after that "only cheese" I reply with no, add cheese. We go through this one more time. Then I get hard tacos no salsa and brown guac... ew. Here is my feedback. If I wanted to spend good money on tacos at Rosa's its gonna be the flour tortillas. Why is the default hard tacos? I'll go to taco bell for hard tacos. Maybe the cheese thing threw the whole thing off. I'm usually asked if I want cheese, I was just trying to be efficient. But ultimately the issue here is ask hard or soft. That's on you.
