I love Rosa's. The food is better then most fast food Mexican chains. And the inside is always restaurant style quality and atmosphere and music. Always looks clean and the pop of color really makes you enjoy it. I've never had bad food from any of their locations besides like maybe my rice was a bit cold once but the flavor and taste was still there. So not a complaint xD as far as service, both inside and drive thru they are always super fast and quick to respond and give you your food hot and fresh. Love their tortillas. I usually buy a dozen every week so I can make my own tacos at home :) Parking: They are a regular sized restaurant. As far as I can tell usually there is always parking but I assume in rush hour or lunch rush might be a bit tight. Most people don't car pool and will pull up in 4 cars just for 4 people. Wheelchair accessibility: Of course. It's a restaurant. They want people to enjoy their food.

Look at your order before you pay/leave! Tuesday Taco day... This is the 3rd time this has happened at this restaurant and alway's on Tuesday Taco drive thru. The person taking my order didn't get it correct (communication problem)... I requested crunchy shells, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese with beef on the side in a separate container the person asked again if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and cheese I said yes however when I got home all I received was hard shells, beef on the side and hot sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who I had difficulty understanding with her strong Hispanic accent so it was challenging she offered to replace my meal and asked what day will I return but I declined since I was already home and don't live that close I told her this has happened to me 3 time's at this restaurant and it's alway's on a Tuesday Taco...I told her I hope she can correct the communication problem in the drive thru.
