Roosters

This branch will cut corners and not what Roosters usually is. We order online and 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong like it was today. Tenders are pricey for what you get, looks like they cut the chicken in half from what they used to serve. I used to love Roosters but this location is very hit or miss. I see myself going less and less.

It's just okay...a little loud, crowded and the food seems rushed and cooked fast. It's okay if you're looking for the typical bar feel. Nothing I have to have..next time I will look for a local wing/pizza joint.

We went to this branch the other week and we had a bad experience with one of the servers. Food came out very late. Waited for an hour or so. Our server, Trevor was not accommodating at all. He didn’t go to our table again since he got our order and served the drinks. I talked to him in his station and asked about the food and he just said “what was that” then walked away even I was not done talking. After a few minutes he came back and told us that the manager will talk to us because our order didn’t go through. He didn’t even apologize. The manager was very pleasant and didn’t charge us for the food. We are not the kind of people who complain for things like these but all we ask is a pleasant customer service especially we go to Roosters once in awhile.

Service is hit or miss tonight it was good. Best wings in town and best sauces that you can mix makes it a decent place to go.

Service was great! Friendly atmosphere however it was freezing cold in there. I’m from upper Wisconsin. It’s cold. I had drummies for my meal and they were tasteless and tough. Granted they were naked but I’m used to seasoned breading. There’s no flavor at all. The meat was very tough and hard to peel from the bone. My friends enjoyed their meal which consisted of a salad and breaded cauliflower. One thing I was surprised about was the parking. The handicapped parking was on the side of the building and the pickup parking was in the front closest to the doors. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? IMO

Food was good and the service was fantastic!!

We love this place! We go there all of the time and to their other locations as well. We’ve never had a bad meal. Highly recommend!
