They never have a complete salad
I order the fish tails and ithey was horrible , the tails was mostly bones not much meat on them, I will never order them again, I was very disappointed.
This is the spot!!! real catfish ! I am so glad that Ronnie has hired someone to answer the phone!! Absolutely the best fried catfish in dfw!!! I absolutely love the consistency at any of the locations! I have 4 locations on speed dial!
I originally ordered food from this establishment last weekend using DoorDash. The food was awesome, hot and seasoned well. The food was timely delivered. However, my experience tonight wasn't as pleasant. I placed my order through Ubereats at 7:35pm and was informed my food delivery would arrive between 7:50p - 8p but no later than 8:15pm. The delivery time for my food changed from the original time to 8:16 all the way up to 9pm. My Order was finally delivered cold at 8:58pm. While, I know Ubereats was responsible for delivery my food, they were not responsible for the order being correct and quality of the food. My order consisted of a Large Fish Nugget dinner that came with fries, pickles and toast. Additionally, I ordered a 3pc Wing and 4pcs of Toast. Needless to say, my wings were not seasoned and I received 4 pcs of white bread instead of the toast I paid for. This is my second time patronizing this establishment and this time around, not impressed.
I wish I could give negative stars. I will never patronize this company again and I will make sure to let all I know not to as well. I’ve been getting fish from here on Fridays for a while and even though it’s never been the best customer service or consistent food quality I still continued to go because they are a small business and that who needs the support but that’s over. I ordered a 10 pieces catfish meal. I get home (first mistake because I should have checked my order there but my husband picked it up) and I have 8 pieces of random pieces of fish in the box. When my husband picked up the order he heard then going back and forth about there being no more fish and he called for some and it wasn’t there. That’s why I got 8 pieces instead of 10. I thought I ordered filets but the lady in the front showed me my mistake and that was fine but when she opened the box she looked and told me they didn’t give me the fish like that and then said the dasher took it but there was no dasher, we picked it up. Then she insinuated that I took the fish and I told her I don’t have to lie about some fish. We wait on our other 2 pieces of fish and it’s been 20 minutes so my husband tried to just take the order back and she lied right to his face and said she couldn’t refund the money because it was paid for online. We called DoorDash, like she said and they confirmed the funds went directly to them and they are the ones who should process the refund (it make sense). All this to say their customer service is obsolete and you have lost a dedicated customer.
Food was well seasoned, great portions, extra condiments and the fish was cooked perfectly!! Delivery driver brought it to the door and sent photo. Online communication was helpful. Will definitely be back, grateful for a location in Lancaster.
