After a long day wanted to try a new restaurant. I love sushi and hibachi so thought we should try it ,wrong! I did not think it was possible to screw up fried rice. It had absolutely no flavor. The sushi was the worst I have ever had. The placed is extremely over priced!! I'm not sure how this place can stay open. Definitely recommend not wasting your time or money. Also waiter never checked on us entire meal.

I was so disappointed in this place to pay over 300 food with no flavor and over cooked is insane. I will scream from the mountains above to everyone who listens. Never I repeat never waste your time and money. The staff is ghetto and they dressed like they work at hooters which doesn't match the atmosphere. It didn't make since. We were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for a half empty restaurant that turned out to be a 45 minute wait just to sit for an additional 15 minutes. Trash 1 out of 10

I went to this restaurant and they were very rude to me and my family. We requested a table for 2 but since more people wanted to join we asked if we could make it 5. One of the waiters said we could but it would be a wait. We explained that we had to exit the building so that we could go pick up the rest of our party, and she said that that was OK as well but once we came back, they claimed our reservation had been canceled, and that another one had never been made. Also that you couldnt leave the restaurant or your table wouldn’t be held. We tried to explain to the manager that thats not what we were told but if we had to wait longer that was fine. So we waited to be sat FOREVER and finally when we are sat we also were waiting forever. To the point the restaurant closed so we got up and left THEN they wanna claim the “chef was coming” and caught an attitude. Mind you we were nothing but polite the entire time, and never once got loud or angry with them, but for some reason they just kept having an animosity towards us/ looking @ us funny and I feel like it is because we were three black women, and they just automatically assume that we’re going to act a certain way when we’re really not. Like as a manager why are you immediately dismissing a customer trying to explain something? It was very weird. Idk how their food tastes but it definitely wasnt worth being disrespected. If i knew names i would name them but the manager at the time was an older asian women. Negative 10 out of 10

The staffs were very rude mostly the lady manger. It took about 1 or 2 hours just for them to seat us at our table and also took them about 1 hour to get our food(Which we never got). The manger kept eye balling us as if they didn't want us in there restaurant they did everything in there power to make sure we didn't eat there I think it's because we wear black.... Over all I highly wouldn't recommend eating here the service was terrible.

Reservamos 20:30 hs y al llegar nos dijeron que estaban cerrados y que no podían atendernos. Una vergüenza, sumado a la mala predisposición y la mala educación del personal. No podría haber sido peor la experiencia. Sin duda nunca más volveremos.

Reservamos on line desde la web oficial de ellos, tenían nuestra reserva pero no nos dejaron sentar por estar a 30 min del cierre. Para que nos dieron la reserva ?

Love haven't been there in over 40 years went to celebrate sister birthday. We used to always go back in the day!!!!

I was once a semi-regular here. Dined here on 2/13/24 for the first time in many years. I was thoroughly disappointed. The server had no personality and was not very engaging and very unattentive. The shrimp were very small. The veggies were not great and seemed not so fresh. The Mai Tai was unexciting and looked unappealing. In the past, it would have come with a wonderful garnish of pineapple and an umbrella. This was in a brandy snifter glass with a single cherry sunk at the bottom. NO NOODLES???? This is the first time I had hibachi/teppanyaki that did not include those yummy sauteed noodles. I don't know when or why this was discontinued, but every other Japanese steakhouse has them. The menu was a single black & white photocopy that was wrinkled and stained. I was hoping for a great experience, but was not impressed at all. What was once a top-shelf dining establishment is now a very average run-of-the-mill place.
