Our family loves Romeo's! Anytime we are having a pizza night it'll be from here.
I like the pizza and love the calzones, but ONLY when they are made well. They need to stop having people who are bad at making calzones get anywhere near it. Sometimes they're great, but others they are practically inedible. The picture is my most recent one, and it's inedible. Too thin where all of the toppings are, so you can't hold it and there's a weird valley 2/3rd of the way around it. There is no real in between. It's either really good or terrible. You shouldn't need a fork and knife to eat a calzone! Look at the picture with the pepperoni. It's just a stack of pepperoni. No cheese anywhere near it. Why? Try eating that! It's awful! Also, you can't refuse the capone sauce. I don't like the sauce, but it's mandatory with every calzone. You can refuse it with the pizzas. I'm not sure why.
I've been here a handful of times and the food was usually good quality. Today we ordered for 5pm delivery and it came at 4:30. When I mentioned this to the driver, he said that I could either have it at 4:30 or at 6:30/7, and that if I called in and talked to his manager, I'd hear the same thing from him. Since there are lots of other options in this neighborhood, we will feel free to patronize one of them instead!
Good food, reasonable prices, friendly service!
