Romeo's Pizza

I would give zero stars if possible. Complete lack of customer service or care with this place. After waiting 2 hours for a delivery I called to be told my order was for pick up(I typed in and confirmed my address for delivery In the app). I was hung up on the first call after being transferred to Justin. I called back and spoke with Justin who told me that his ticket said it was a pick up order. Rather than work with me on an option to make things right, I was dismissed. I asked for some options and was told they would not deliver the food but I could get a credit, that credit has never been issued. So I got terrible service, no pizza, charged for nothing, and hung up on a second time by Justin. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

I've enjoyed Romeo's pizza for 20+ years! The quality of pizza has never changed. In very recent years, I've been able to order sheet pizza same day & its ready within 30 minutes, generally. It's impressive. The pizza is fresh, tastes amazing & the price is great! I will continue to purchase from them! Highly recommend.

This location is a complete joke. Employees answer with a simple "pickup or delivery" nothing elsa beyond those 3 words. I waited an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered and when I called in to complain and ask for a refund, the employee handling the call was very ride and dismissive. He finally told me I'd receive a refund, but here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. I called into the store today to ask for the store number from their "manager" and they gave it to me without asking about my reason for the request. Save yourself from having to eat cold pizza and dealing with employees who could not care less and go with another pizza chain.

Always makes a great sheet pizza

Ordered a single pizza and 12 wings and have been waiting just shy of 2 hours for a delivery that said it would be 30-45 minutes, absurdly bad customer service when calling to ask about the delivery

One of my favorite pizza places. They are consistently good. We have not had a bad experience or bad food yet.
