Romano's Macaroni Grill

I used to go alot but haven't ben for 15 years menu is definitely small way smaller than it used to be I ordered pasta dish and I took one bite and sent it back I had them make the mushroom ravioli Insted and that was almost as inedible not a place I would recommend for food it looks like they dumped most of their money in the bar it was also so cold inside that even with a jacket my partner and myself were still cold

We waited so long that ended up walking out after being seated and ignored so honestly I couldn't tell u about service food etc...

Unfortunately Macaroni Grill will most likely be the next restaurant chain to fall due to poor service and high food prices... we went here recently to celebrate a friend's birthday. The place looks rundown and they put the B rating they got on the door that nobody walks through. Just like most places these days the quality of employees has gone down hill. Unprofessional and socially unattached people. Not mention the food not being good at all.

I enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. My husband had the seafood ravioli and he enjoyed the hint of lemon. I got the pasta rustica, however, although it looks good, I am full from the appetizers.

We entered the restaurant to find the reception desk vacant. It was five minutes before some greeted us and sat us at a table. We waited another five minutes before a server appeared. We ordered beers, but the server placed them on a nearby table and left to attend to a larger party. After several minutes, I got up and retrieved the two beers. The server returned eight minutes later and apologized for not serving us our beers. But, only after I confronted her about not serving us our beer. The server chose to work another station. Our new server was very attentive. The food was tasty, but in small portions. This was my last visit.

I admit it's been a long time since I've been to a Macaroni Grill. I was expecting something a lot better based on my prior experience. Just like all other chains, it was average. The food tasted like it came out of a box. The bread wasn't delivered until we asked for it. The service was okay but our server disappeared for a bit. Overall, it's good in a pinch but I'd go elsewhere first.
