I discovered the restaurant because the dishes caught my attention, I recommend visiting a few more to give my real opinion, but the atmosphere is sensational.

Mommy daughter date night and for a Friday night it was empty. We were the only two at the hostess area and still had to wait a few minutes to be seated ? Our waitress was kind and attentive and the food was great, just disappointed at the wait in an empty restaurant.

Horrible service, and food was below mediocre and small servings for the price. My $14 salad had brown and wilted old lettuce. The waitress was MIA and unattentive the entire time and was annoyed that we asked for a to-go box for my mom's pasta. Will not be going back.

I'm sitting here at your corona one and to say I am disappointed!!!! I ordered the chicken marsala. What a joke! Had to ask for extra sauce and maybe one mushrooms on the whole plate. Sliced so thin I could see through it!!!! More roasted garlic than should be allowed. And the bread was hard half way through it. They brought out a plate of oil oil had to ask for vinegar. No bottle of oil on the table. I asked for more and another plate appeared. I will not be back.and yes I complained to my server and she said she'd tell the chief. Tell him how about bringing me some mushrooms! And chicken was cut so thin. $23 for that.... disgusting

Monday Jan. 1st, 2024 Dinner started off great. But an hour and a half of dining there my son and I both got sick. Real bad food poisoning. Worst part spending $60 wouldn't of been an issue had we not gotten sick. The most disappointing part is after calling the next morning to let them know we got sick after dining there. I was told by Rueben the Manager he cannot refund my money. Wanted to give me $60 in credit. I will not be taking dining credit there because I will never return to dine there ever again. I will be taking this to corporate. Sucks that it was our first mom and son dinner date of the new year. Not how we wanted to start out our New Year

Came in with the family for a nice dinner at 8:15pm. It was quitec , the bar was full but maybe a dozen tables were occupied if that. We sat down and waited over 30 minutes to be greeted. we had to flag down the waitress just to get silverware and drinks. By an hour in our order hadn’t been taken. We saw a table of 8 and then a table of 2 walk out due to the super slow service. The server came to take out order apologizing that tonight was a “disaster”. She took our order and after waiting 25 minutes and still not even getting out appetizer. we got the manager and asked for our food to go. When we told her that we had been sitting there for 1.5 hours and haven’t even been served anything she was genuinely surprised. (I was surprised that the floor manager had no idea what was going on in the restaurant”. Manager was nice to us and. comped some of the items on the receipt and gave us a free desert. only problem. when we got home half of the food she comped wasn’t even in the bag. We will never go back.

I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here. Honestly, after the experience I had, I'm not sure I will ever visit another Macaroni Grill. Where do I start? My family and I decided to go out for Thanksgiving dinner. We reserved a table for 5, and we got there. Everything was great; they sat us down right away. The place wasn't very busy for being one of the few places open on Thanksgiving night. We ordered some appetizers, and we each ordered a plate. The first red flag we should have known was that it took a very long time to get our food, even the appetizers. Then, when we asked for more bread, they never brought it out. Here's the kicker: one of my boys got the chicken Alfredo and wanted to add shrimp. So when they brought out everyone's food, his plate only had the shrimp. They said they would replace it. My other son had ordered a steak, and he wanted it done medium well, meaning very little to no pink. Well, let's just say this thing still had its legs and was probably walking 2 minutes before it got to our plate. We all finished our food, and my son still had not gotten his pasta. My other child could not eat the steak because it was still bleeding on the plate. When I brought this to the attention of the server, she said, "Oh, I'll let them know," and walked away. It took another 15 minutes to come back with our check, saying, "Here you go." I expected that they would have taken the steak off of the check because my son did not eat it. Instead, she brought us some $10 off coupons for the next time we go. So I told her that I was not going to be paying for the steak that was not cooked properly and the way we asked. She JUST LAUGHED and said she would let her manager know. Then she came back with another receipt but with only ten dollars off a twenty-seven dollar plate that my son couldn't eat. Not only did she just throw the receipt down and say, "Here's the new check," and not even want to talk but walked away, I had to wait another 10 minutes just to tell her I would like to speak to your manager. Then, the manager came out with a smug look on her face. She was very rude and inhospitable when I told her about the situation. She said, "Well, why didn't you tell us as soon as he cut into it? So we could have cooked it more for WHAT??" I've never experienced anything like this ever in my entire life. I've never had such bad service, unbelievable. It's probably the worst ever. But now I understand why this place has such low ratings. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't waste your money, the so-called "Manager." I didn't get her name because it's not worth knowing, and the staff here are incompetent and extremely rude. Even when I paid, the server, Brooke, snatched my credit card from my hand in a very aggressive and rude manner.
