Romano's Macaroni Grill

Waited 15 minutes in the Togo area, had to call the store to get anyone to help. After bagging my food I was told they just needed to grab my drinks. Waited another 10 minutes as I watched the employee who was making my drinks tend to other people. Had to ask another employee to finish out my order that I have been waiting for 25 minutes now. Terrible customer service everytime I come in.

Their Fettuccine Alfredo is great. I recommend the Mama's Trio. Loads of food. Enough to take home. They seem to be short staffed. Our waitress was really trying to keep up. I don't understand why the service is bad.

Ordered the chicken marsala, it asked me to if I’d like to substitute broccolini for pasta, which I selected and the meal came with no pasta, no asparagus which both are included in the meal.

The staff were good and the restaurant was clean with wonderful atmosphere. I haven't been to one for 11 years, but back then the Pasta Milano was so good I tried to imitate it at home in the interim. I think the recipe(s) have been tweaked to their detriment - I believe the kitchen staff did well and as they were instructed/taught and the food came out exceptionally quickly. My pasta milano was 5/10 - years ago it had farfalle instead of rigatoni, and the farfalle was a better fit. The garlic parmesan cream sauce had a very flat flavor, and a slightly gray color. The sundried tomatoes didn't have the brilliant zing of flavor or chewy texture I remember from years ago. The chicken was tender and cut into nicely sized pieces. I hope they can tweak the recipe, and perhaps find a different supplier for some of the ingredients, because everything else was good on this visit. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are difficult to find quickly - no markings to denote these dishes are available. Kid-friendliness: The tables are completely covered with blank white paper and there are crayons provided.

Me and my husband ate here on Valentine’s Day and me and my husband were impressed despite how busy they were they still managed to take care of us very quickly.

Second time coming here, food was absolutely delicious, service was amazing with a quick waitress meeting every need, and the atmosphere was perfect for our date, with other people being very quiet, it feels like an absolutely delicious little hole in the wall to eat at.

Mediocre at best. We got the chicken parm, chicken marsala, and a side of asparagus. The parm was overcooked to the hair before burned and the asparagus cold, under cooked, and unseasoned. The marsala had an entire bulb's worth of garlic cloves on it, which were burnt black and practically indistinguishable from the mushroom. Both dishes had too little sauce for the amount of pasta. I haven't been to this location before but should've noticed the red flag of their parking lot being half empty on a Saturday night. Won't be returning. And why are there rolls of paper stock used as tablecloth? Just gave off a very trashy vibe.
