Rolling Rice

Wish they would help customers that can't walk in to pick up food. Curbside pick up. I called once to see if they can help me but since I wasn't paying with a credit card they didn't want to help. I parked right in front of the location but it would of been one too many trips to get money then bringing the food out.

Something smelled like kitchen rag and the salad on my chicken teriyaki plate was swimming in salad dressing its been few years I been there but honestly the place smelled like they been cleaning tables with same dirty rag and the bathroom smelled too...sorry but its true

The girl taking my order was chewing gum while ringing up my order and talking to me. Very bad service etiquette.

I want to share my issue happens today Thursday around 11:30am. I called in and placed an order 10 pieces crunch roll and one miso soup. When my sister came to pick up my food, she called me because it was not the one I ordered. I told my sister to let me talk with the cashier to confirm my order but the cashier refused to talk to me when I requested several items. When I ordered I repeated two times “10 pieces crunch roll and one miso soup”. This is a very very terrible service I have ever met. I am the customer of Rolling Rice. I have frequently come to this store. But from now on I say good bye to this store. I gave the store one star and recommend that this cashier should be re-trained for how to deal with the customer. I could not believe that she refused to talk with the customer.
