I had the crunchy lil guy burrito and it was fantastic. You get 2 whole sheets of nori made into a sushi burrito with fresh ingredients. The 3 times I have eaten here my wait was 10 mins tops. Really fresh and flavorful food. The guys behind the counter were nice and gave me all the condiments I asked for. Definitely recommend the eel sauce.
Absolutely horrible customer service! After finishing paying for my order I asked a few questions about items on the menu. The man who took my order responded sarcastic and rude. It’s crazy that a person like this would be the face of the business. He made the business look horrible, I canceled my order and probably won’t go back. It was my first time trying them out and I was looking forward to it. I refuse to give business to people who don’t appreciate it.
It took almost a half hour to get my food. My son received and ate his Chicken Parm sandwich from Cacio before I received my bulgogi sushi burrito. A warning about the wait would have been gratefully received, but nope. Bite their tongue and take my money. Once I finally received my 16 dollar burrito, the beef ended about halfway from the middle. I am entirely dissatisfied and consider this wasted money. Literally any other stall would gave been a wiser decision.
awful customer service took way too long to get my food, just poor service overall wouldn't come back
Love the sushi burrito, so refreshing on a hot sunny summery day! One downfall is it can get messy eating it because the rice is not packed tightly and tends to fall out, otherwise, the spicy tuna burrito that I got tastes very good!
Located in the back of the Windmill Food Hall, the ambiance was great, and we didn't get all the cold air from people coming in and out. The sushi burritos were so tasty!
If you’re in the Windmill experiencing some great food. Be sure to try out Rolled Up.
Good poke and sushi burritos
