Rolled Ice Cream

It was very cool watching the process of rolling ice cream. Unique! The owner, Louis, was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed talking with him, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

I'm all for supporting local small business but it's hard to justify coming back here. Ice cream is ok but underwhelming for the price. Save your time and money and enjoy better ice cream at Kelly's. Good service, good food at reasonable price. All negative reviews are legit. Staffs are great but the nickel and dime for everything. It baffles me that they charge extra spoon for a dollar when the ice cream costs at least $12. The spoon probably cost 5 cent each. They charged 3% extra for ordering through the kiosk. It's common to pay extra if you do online, but we ordered it at the store. Doesn't make sense to be charged extra for that.

My bf and I came in and we were extremely pleased with how accommodating the owner is. Louis truly cares about customers and is open to ideas and ways to make people happy. I had mentioned dairy free red velvet would be nice (wasn’t on the menu) and he went ahead and checked the ingredients for the flavoring and made it happen for me and even said he wants to add it to the menu now. It’s was a great experience overall. They have lots of dairy free options and it is all so yummy!

Nice owner and staff i'd go everyday after the gym to get a protein shake. i noticed I wasn't dropping any weight although i eat clean and workout. i asked the owner about the calories in the protein shake and he had no idea..he assured me couldn't be that much like 300 calories... He said he would check and let me know. I went back a couple days later and learned it was about 900 calorie! All my hard work detailed for months. Isn't it illegal not to have the nutritional value listed for food? I'm so upset and he couldn't even apologize. The owner lied in his response below and I can't believe this is a Christian establishment .. Shame on you ... We know the truth

A bit pricey but really worth it!! The rolled ice cream was really good and pretty good portion!

Oh. my. God. This place was strange and super sketchy from the start. I don't know how the reviews are so high. They charge you a 3% customer service fee when using the machines to order. Then I asked for a printed receipt and never received it. They CHARGE YOU FOR AN EXTRA PLASTIC SPOON OR A CUP. There was a guy in there who was lying to tourists saying the ice cream was all homemade, it's not. It literally says Hershey's on the ice cream signs. Stay away... It was $15 for one tiyaki and 2 scoops of ice cream with one topping. Not worth it.
