Too cold for winter in there. They needed to put heT on 4 customers instead of AC. & pastrami sandwiches are garbage there but the cheesy fries mozzarella sticks & shakes are on point. They make better shakes than smash burgers. Parking: Rgt in the bck Kid-friendliness: They got pies pizza burger fries & more Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp access

Roast beef restaurant in Sheepshead Bay that opened over 50 years ago. Regular fast food items available as well. Long counter with plenty of workers. Roast beef sandwich and apple pies are very good. Very large seating area with clean bathrooms. Free parking lot is usually very crowded and tight. Pay first, then wait for your number to be called. A bit higher than a fast food place on the evolutionary scale. Vegetarian options: Options are available Dietary restrictions: Unsure Parking: Parking lot gets crowded Kid-friendliness: It is friendly Wheelchair accessibility: It is

Guy had an attitude with me cause i asked for an extra cup of honey mustard. Its like an extra cup is going to harm his hands if he turns around and gives me one. Customer service is terrible. Food going down hill

The food was okay. If you spend $45+, you get a free small pizza. The pizza is okay. I have had better around NY, but it still beats CT's "apizza." The sandwiches, I think, were overrated. We asked for medium rare on our roast beef and the NY strip, and they were clearly well done. I was also surprised that the NY strip was on a burger... we ordered online and had no idea it would be a plan steak on a bun with nothing else. The OG fries were okay, they could have been a little more crispy, in my opinion. The onion rings were really good. Cheese sticks were alright. I'm disappointed I brought in a card that needed to be swiped, the kid behind the counter didn't know how to use it becuase it didn't have tap, I told him to swipe it like old fashioned and he froze up, I saw the machine and I explained how to use it and I think I broke him? He said the machine only knows tap, I said what about the gift cards? Some don't tap he still looked confused and I had to pay a different way, but that was so sad! Someone should teach him how to swipe a card to pay instead of tapping every card. Parking: The place is big however the parking lot was a bit small. There's street parking and the parking lot they have is free, but again easily crowded. Wheelchair accessibility: All flat surfaces, the only downside is that the doors aren't always unlocked to open both of them if needed, and the doors can be a hard pull.

Finally made it here after having it on the list for a little while. Didn’t know what to expect going in but we loved it so much we went back with a friend the next day and ordered repeats of the same things. This is a truly special place — a timeless haven of culinary Americana tucked away in Sheepshead Bay. The food is great and reasonably priced, while the space itself is comfortable, clean, and with a heavy retro feel. Not too crowded and plenty of space in the parking lot, even on a Friday night (though I imagine it’s a different situation in the summer).
