Horrible horrible customer service, no place to park if you call in a pick up order and valet needs to take course on customer service.
Well constructed margaritas.
From start to finish just a bad experience. I called and made a reservation for 3 and when we arrived with my father who I had told them users a walker, the hostess walked is through the restaurant to the restaurant next door before saying I needed to check in over there?? I insisted we had reservations there and she was not communicating at all with me and said I could wait for a table, that I actually had a reservation for next door. I was confused when she said this and she said they share a phone number. Well, I wish we'd eaten anywhere but there. The appetizer was served on a metal plate with no warning that it was straight out of the oven and I scalded 2 fingers trying to help my elderly father. Then my dinner came and the porkchop was gristle the first bite I tried and when i cut into the middle undercooked, no seasoning on the sides so I just sent it back and didn't order anything else thinking why bother. My dad's toast points for his steak tartare were stale untoasted baguette and my husband's steak which he asked for medium rare was barely cooked to rare and he is a big eater and left half the food on his plate so I know it really wasn't good. Over priced, not great service and just really not well prepared..I say never again
Awesome experience. Love the dim lighting, watching the chef's cook while drinking a prickly pear margarita. If you want to give someone a good Arizona (Southwest) dining experience, take them to one of Richardson's restaraunts!!
Delicious Mexican food with a little different taste. Ambience is warm and cozy.
Love this place. But the seat by the fire place down stairs need to be changed. Put small chairs with a small table. Nobody wants eat like that. The food and service is always amazing!!
I love this restaurant, always have. I’ve been here close to 50 times, my husband used to work there. That being said, Friday evening around 10pm I came to have dinner in the basement. I enjoyed myself and decided to take an Uber home because we had had some cocktails and wanted to be safe. The next morning we went to Richardson’s, had some lunch, and then when I went to get my vehicle I noticed it was gone. They had my vehicle towed. The car was there for less than 12 hours. I had spent good money there that evening and the following day for lunch. It just felt super crappy to spend my money at a place that in turn had your vehicle towed for no good reason. It was $300 and 4 hours of our time. Very very disappointed.
Nice atmosphere during cooler months.
I was invited with a group of friends and looked at the menu beforehand to make sure they had vegan friendly items. It looked like I could easily modify a few different things, but when placing the order, I was told they aren’t a a vegan friendly restaurant. I was offered veggie sides to pick from or a plain baked potato. I ordered a vegetable melody with the potato. The experienced really soured when my meal came and the vegetables were forgotten. They literally plated one plain baked potato on a bare dinner plate. At this point, I was done and told them to not bring the vegetables. Perhaps this is a reflection on the server we had, or perhaps it’s the restaurant culture? Either way, it wasn’t an inclusive experience. Not at all accommodating to people with dietary restrictions, so please know this before going.
