Food isn't as great as their competition, but their service and kindness far outweigh the minimally above-standard quality. Every time I ask for ban chan for my to-go orders, they add it neatly. Every single person at the counter I've run into has been kind. I've had disgusting treatment from Gabose, I mean DISGUSTING appalling behavior, but authentic food and I'd still prefer Rok any day. People remember how you made them feel. The food here is still pretty good and they're reliable - open until crazy late hours. Thank you for always taking care of my cravings!

Really expensive for a food that is lacking in all areas. Horrible service since it took nearly an hour to get a spicy and salty soup and other 15 minutes to get bland pork bellies. Also beware, this place has a roach problem that they never resolve, had one of them running on top of the table!!!
