Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza

Not knocking the business there is just something fundamentally wrong with the pizza recipe. The dough tasted fake and over proofed. It turned to rock over night. I am guessing they are using frozen dough discs like Pizza Hut and Dominoes. Very sparse with toppings, sauce and cheese. It was also undercooked, the bottom of the slice was purely white and doughy.

We purchased a whole pizza. It was horrible. No sauce in the middle and very very little on the edges. The crust was flat and not the usual fluffy, doughy goodness I'm used to. The sausage has somehow shrunk to at least half the size it was when I was here last about three months ago. Why can't the salad bar be out until close? Is it because they can't take it down at close since it's too much work to actually give the customer what they want? This location sucks. I'm going to try one of the other locations in a couple months and if it's this bad I'm done with Rocky's. Total disappointment and unacceptable food quality. A total waste of $25.
