Excellent food, delicious smoothies, great service, and pinball machines. Well worth venturing slightly off the beaten path to find this hidden gem located somewhat unconventionally on the second floor of the Waterford office building. To find this gem you’ll enter the free parking garage and follow signs to the second level where you’ll find ample visitor parking located next to the lobby entrance. Take the elevators from the lobby to the second floor and then take the hallway on the right where you’ll find the Deli entrance. You won’t regret it. Really good food and coffee!! They changed their name from "the Cafe at Waterford" to Rocky Point Deli, so if you see signs for that in the garage it's the same thing. The location on GPS is correct, park in the underground garage, walk around to the front of the building, you will see a sign for the Deli, go inside the front and up the elevator to the second floor, bang a right and there it is. Thanks again for an awesome sandwich.

These guys are awesome and the food was fantastic. I had the homemade broccoli cheddar soup and it was so delicious. It literally just made me happy!!!!!

What a hidden gem!! Located on the 2nd floor of Waterford Plaza, it's a little tricky to find, but it is definitely worth it. A lovely Cafe with a twist. Every bite was out of this world, especially the "home fries" which are fresh red potatoes cooked in garlic and rosemary. Everything was cooked to perfection from the steak and egg sandwich on authentic Cuban bread to the thick, cinnamon sugar French toast or eggs over home fries. The smoothies are enough to make your mouth water. It is with great pleasure that I recommend this luck find. Parking: Easiest to go to lobby and take the elevator to 2nd floor.

OMG, A must if your in Tampa. Jonathon the owner is incredible and the food was too die for. It was an incredible experience from the coffees to check. Yes the check, worth every penny. I will go there again when in Tampa...regardless of where his location is

So happy I found this place! Had a business meeting in Tampa and Rocky Point Deli showed up in a Google search. Okay so it’s different going to a deli in an office building on the second floor. However, I parked in the garage and it really was so simple to find my way to the deli - make the trip, it’s so worth it! Check out the menu, lots of great choices . My first visit, I had to go for the Cuban lunch sandwich. It was delicious! The owner interacts with the customers and he’s so friendly. The bread on the Cuban is locally baked Cuban bread. The pork is slow roasted for over 10 hours and is so flavorful! I order Cuban sandwiches wherever I can and this ranks right up at the top. I’ll be back; can’t wait to try some of the other sandwiches!
