I imagine whatever they are distributing arrives quickly based in how I saw them weaving through traffic on the freeway this morning.

I work for a McDonalds in Denver and these guys are my go to company for my equipment parts. I have ordered parts multiple times from the parts department and it is always shipped super fast for my in house tech to install. Laura has helped me quite a few times and she is always super nice and helpful.

Rocky Mountains Distributing services my Taylor units. The technicians always come to my store locations in a timely manner. I’ve had three different technicians and they are all very professional. They always explain to me the issue with my unit and fix it. Thank you for being there in times of need.

Really good customer service!!

Love this company!! They service frozen frozen beverage machines, ice cream machines, grills, etc for restaurants. The marketing for the company is always so inviting and very active on social media. Kirsten does an awesome job keeping up with all of it! They also have very speedy service times and a big thanks to Ariana and Santana for their amazing customer service! If you want any of these appliances in your restaurant and want a company that is reliable, attentive, speedy, and has great customer service than Rocky Mountains Distributing is for you!!

We use RMD at our 13 restaurants for maintenance and repairs. Their staff is efficient in ensuring repairs are done correctly as well as being prompt and professional!

I want to thank the whole of RMD! As a customer service veteran, I have to give credit where it’s due! Dakota was such a wonderful respresentative of the company when providing servicing and took the experience above and beyond. I have only great things to say regarding not only the quality, but the speed of service given. Distributors who care about their products even after they’re off the “shelves”, are hard to come by but not here. I’d give 10 stars if I could, but take the 5 anyways.
