Good food. Happy hour not baf
We saw the menu online and that's what brought us there. It's a small place with a 4 seat bar and about a dozen or so tables. The food was very good and if you like spicy salsa, this is the place.
Nothing great about this place. Moreover food is average.
We love this restaurant! One of our favorite places to go when we have a burger craving. The burger of the month was delicious and juicy with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy.
We really enjoy Rockefeller’s mystery “burger of the month” happy hour that happens every Tuesday. The burgers change every month and are only $2 with the purchase of an applicable drink… it’s a promotion most people don’t know about and it’s totally worth it. The Manhattan Beach location is their smallest but I prefer that some days. If you want larger than Redondo Beach and if you want more bustling, I’d suggest the Hermosa Beach location. The “Rockefeller mash” is the appetizer that gives you more bang for your buck and most beers and wines are good (but bonus points that they will let you try them before you commit to one). Parking: There are spots in front of the restaurant and nearby streets with meters.
Mediocre food, horribly slow service. Would only recommend eating the food if you are already 4 mimosas deep. Waitstaff messed up my bill and were completely unapologetic.
Came here a few weeks ago with two of my cousins. We all ordered the prime burger with a side of fries. One of my cousins and I ordered it plain (without lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc.) while the other ordered it with everything on it. The food tasted pretty good, seemed to be cooked thoroughly, in fact the patty looked a little burnt. We weren’t able to split the check. All of our orders came out to be just over $25 each. However, all of us ended up getting sick after eating here. Just hours after being there my stomach was in so much pain and i felt so queasy. I honestly thought it was just me until both of my cousins said the same thing is happening with them. We called the next day to see about a refund because to pay over $25 for food that makes you sick is ridiculous. They didn’t believe us. they actually told us if it was their food that made us sick, everybody who ate there that day would have called back saying the same thing. which just isn’t true. The refused a refund and only offered to split a $100 gift card three ways and send it to us. Not very happy with my experience there and that $100 will definitely not be getting used. Edit: They never even sent the gift card. Horrible.
First time stopping by for drinks and appetizers. The charcuterie was excellent. The overall service was satisfactory, with friendly staff, though not particularly speedy. I opted for a hamburger, which turned out to be huge and delicious. The only thing disappointing was what I ordered for takeout.
