Rock N Roll Sushi

I came to try this establishment for the first time since I am an avid sushi lover. All I can say is it was the worst dining experience I've ever wasted $90 on in my life. I'll start by the waitress, asking questions she had no clue on anything and all the rolls came drown in sauce. I'm assuming it was because the rice was dried out like perhaps the rolls come from somewhere else and get shipped that way. Then it took over 30 min to get 3 fountain sodas. I asked our waitress for place settings and she looked at me in utter confusing asking what I meant. I politely said napkin and maybe utensils? Then the food came my husband and I ordered a few rolls that were horrible and my girlfriend ordered chicken bites and they brought out a whole order of chicken bites and a plate of fried rice. We were not asked anything while we pushed the food around our plates. The waitress kept bringing out things one at a time amd we asked what was this or that she had no idea. At this point I was so frustrated I asked for the last rolls too be made to go. She brought them to us and said she'd bring a bag. After 15 she never came back so I got up got a to go bag and lid for my drink myself, paid my bill amd left. I can go eat sushi at an authentic sushi joint with a delicious fresh meal and have paid WAY LESS and would of actually eaten and enjoyed. I was so disappointed I was going to stay and speak to a manager but the only other person I saw was a kid in the kitchen with a sideways hat on so I left. If I could of given all the food back I would of. These days people can't really afford to eat out much, so you at least can depend on a decent meal that you spend your hard earned money on. If I knew this place was gonna be like this I would have rather eaten at the taco bell across the street. I am very disappointed and upset I wasted my time and money trying out a new place. $87. plus tip and I feel robbed and disappointed. I'm upset to even give one star

Well I thought this place would be FANTASTIC from the reviews, but that was not the case. I had the worst experience I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. No napkins, no chopsticks, got food that I didn't order and they they took it upon themselves to replace my meal with a more expensive one because they didn't have what I ordered. And didn't even ask I'd that's what I wanted to do. It was a waste of money. My 15month old son wouldn't even eat anymore after the first bite if that says anything. I don't know how this place is still even open.

Worst place I've ever been too....I'm never going back...waitress didn't know what she was doing..tasted like 2 day old sushi...Marketing is Awsome....but execution SUCKED...

It does not take an hour and 15 min to make 4 sushi rolls. Especially when there is no one in there. This was our first time ordering and we will not be back.

The meal was excellent. Some of the best sushi I’ve tasted. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Let me rave about the sushi roll I just had, but first, my server Liyah was so sweet, prompt and helpful. I had the crispy wonton, always delicious, and the experience roll and added crispness too it. We ended up switching out the mango for the punkrock topping and let me tell you what! It was one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The combination of the fresh strawberries with the sweet chili sauce, holy cow! So flipping good!!!!

They were woefully understaffed with one person on the floor. She was working to keep up. Plastic everything nowadays; cups, silverware. For the price point today, it had no value other than the food and we didn't get all of that. We have been here several times and it has always been great food, great service but today was off. I want to see them back on par. Will go again due to the food but please do better and let me feel good about spending my money. Maybe have a drink menu again....

I have always had a decent experience when I have visited in the past. I recently visited on 2/14 and had an unpleasant experience. We ordered our food and about 25 minutes passed before the waiter explained that they were out of hibachi rice. He informed that they could only substitute for a sushi roll, I was okay with that. We also ordered a kids chicken hibachi meal. I asked the waiter if the kids meal would still be free since it was Wednesday and kids eat free on Wednesdays. The waiter came back and told me that they don’t do free kids meals on Wednesdays any longer. I informed the waiter that I would like to speak with someone else because it was still advertised on the host podium. The waiter came back and said that the only thing they could do was substitute for a sushi roll. I told him to just take the kids meal off and that I would still take the 2 sushi rolls I ordered. I waited another 30 minutes and still did not receive my food, and no one checked on my table at all, no update or anything! I witnessed employees walking out of the kitchen multiple times going outside the back door. My waiter walked right past my table to go to the bathroom and stayed in the bathroom for what felt like 10 minutes. I was at the restaurant for over an hour and only received a water! I am a fairly patient person but we received absolutely no updates. I ended up just walking out.
