Great food here. I like the wings, and the steak sandwich

Excellent beer selection. Nice outside atmosphere. Great place to watch sports and rock videos.

My wife and I came here last night to eat and we had a terrible experience. We sat down at our table and 15 minutes in, no server had come to ask for our drinks. We had wave someone down just to get our order in. My wife order the street nachos and asked for no lime aioli but when the order came in her request wasn't fulfilled. I ordered the rockin Hot wings with some fries on the side and when my ordered arrived my wings were cold and I didn't get my fries. When I received my wings we asked if we can get utensils and said they were going to bring them right away. The utensils never came, so I had to eat my wings with my bare hands, we did ask another server for plates and utensils, but only brought us one plate for the both of us and still no utensils. Throughout the night we asked multiple servers if they could turn on the patio heater because my wife was cold and each one said okay and walked away from us without turning it on, towards the end as we were about to leave they finally turned it on but it was too late at that point. Also, as we were trying to enjoy our food, the bill had arrived about 5 minutes after we received our food. It seemed like we weren't important and were pretty much ignored throughout the night, we left, didn't tip, and won't be coming to this location ever again, we'll be going to the Redondo Beach one from now on since the service there is excellent.

Great food

I have been to several R&B locations, all entertaining with satisfying "bar faire" and brews. All dog friendly!!! Woof!!! Even complimentary dog bites...that's food, not teeth!!! Good selection of beers, etc. Well prepared meals. Visit started out poorly...after being seated, I waited for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged...believe me, that's no exaggeration. A male and a female manager even passed me by without attention of any kind. Ultimately, my server finally got to me. It turned out she was stuck dealing with a large party of 18 yr old girls celebrating a birthday. I don't fault her, but the two management persons need to be more focused on customer awareness and service. Simple acknowledgment would have been sufficient. The remainder of the visit was excellent. Once Emily got to me, everything was excellent!!! Delicious burger, hot crispy fries, and two cold refreshing El Segundo Brewery beers. Oh, and a bowl of water and a small bowl of bacon for my Border Collie. As a seventies "Rock n Roller" the music and general atmosphere is very appropriate and appealing...to me. In today's world and economy, the prices were reasonable.

Great food, excellent service!

I don't necessarily fault the franchise - I fault the whole format. Very few options under $20. Mostly long group tables with no chairs backs. Way too loud all the time, and not from good music; from the kitchen and parties. Poor shading and placement of TVs... Altogether, not worth it, not what any community really needs. One positive - the beer options were good. Kid-friendliness: Too distracting, unlevel concrete flooring, obstacles and fast moving staff... Not great.
