Celina & Madi (pictured) were the very best! I got the bourbon glazed bleu cheese burger and informed Madi that I cannot stand over cooked burgers and that I like them medium rare (closer to rare) and she personally talked to the chef to make sure I got it how I wanted. That’s immeasurable customer service! The glaze on the burger I could personally do without (and will next time). The older pictures I saw of the burgers had me hesitant on the size of the patty, but I was surprised just how good it was. I also got the Mac N Cheese which is honestly better than my mom’s thanksgiving Mac. It’s the most delicious thing I ate all night. Portion of the Mac was a meal within itself, luckily I planned to take it for lunch tomorrow. My friend got the Fish N Chips. The Cod was cooked perfect and the fries were crispy without being hard. The Slaw was bland, but the dipping sauce was immaculate. For appetizers we got the spring rolls and spinach dip. Both were good but the chips with the spin-dip made the appetizer. 10/10 would recommend on Tuesdays, look for Madi at the bar!!!

December 2023 Update: moving this to a 1 star. Had the absolute worst “sandwich” ever. It was an inedible Philly cheesteak with tough tasteless bread and spicy weird blah meat and bell peppers? I tried to like this place but overall myself and coworkers who went here for a White Elephant holiday party were mostly disappointed. Sorry but I won’t ever be back. Giving it a 3 because my friend really likes this restaurant and goes here regularly. I was underwhelmed by the food here for the higher price. I’ll say in the positive the atmosphere is really nice, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. My friend enjoyed his waffle fries (not better than homemade or Chick-til-A fries in my opinion) and chicken sandwich. My pasta just didn’t seem to have enough flavor. Sounds way better than it was or feels like it’s missing something my to pull the flavor together. Carrot cake was not my kind of carrot cake, but my friend liked it alright. Really heavy and didn’t care for the icing either. I wouldn’t go back here personally but to each their own.

This visit took place 2/24/24 when a friend was visiting from out of town. Very disappointing food experience. We walked out of a store and smelled grilling meat, so he suddenly really wanted a burger. As we started driving to look for a place, I saw Rock Bottom and thought I'd take him to a Colorado original. It's been several years since I've been just because I don't typically sit down alone and don't want to pay higher prices for bar food to go. The dining room side was pretty empty when we got there around 7:30ish, and our server was friendly and attentive with taking our order and samples of beer. Our order was a little slow arriving given how empty the place was. I love mac & cheese, but theirs was extremely disappointing with its bland flavor and lack of saucy cheesiness. It was like pasta stirred with shredded cheese rather than an actual cheese sauce. My friend ordered a well-done burger, but he got a dry hockey puck. He sent it back, and the replacement took forever and was almost as bad as the first (they also served his same fries from the first plate that had been getting soggy and were not hot instead of a fresh pile), but he decided to eat it anyway. When we let the server know the food was still a problem, she said the cook had been there since 8am and then asked, "Can I make it up to you with a slice of carrot cake?" That sounds like the cake slice would be comped, and something definitely needed to be comped on our bill given what happened with my friend's food. Even sending food back and getting a correctly cooked item, other places have automatically either taken off the charge or taken 50% off of that item. Instead, she brought us a bill for the full total. We objected and explained both her choice of wording as well as customer service, so she went to the manager who approved removing the charge for the cake. I will say my friend really liked the carrot cake, and I agree that it was good as it wasn't too sweet and wasn't a spice cake with shredded carrot. However, I won't be returning since I'm more interested in entrées than desserts, and the entrée experience left a lot to be desired.

First time here they weren't busy the table was dirty the food was expensive and disgusting we only tasted it the service was bad we waited 30 min.s to get our check we shouldn't have paid for any of that nor left a tip but we aren't bad people this place is definitely ROCK BOTTOM ! DO NOT GO THERE

I really tried to like this place. They've screwed my steak up each and every time I've come here. This last time, I guess the chef thought steaks should be cooked 90% on one side, 10% on the other. It wasn't just one steak, but TWO steaks they messed up. Oh, and it took 45 minutes to get cold mashed potatoes and poorly cooked steak. It took an additional 5 or so minutes for them to give us our side of geeen beans as well. Definitely not worth the $111.

I ordered a southwest chicken sandwich with a salad. My teens and husband all ordered items with fries. Meager portions. I got my sald, but not the sandwich. My husband's club was cold. Not worth going out... happier with other places

If you like Applebees or chilies you will love this place, you will just pay double for the same food. Under flavored and heated up bulk food.

Worst first time experience! Was given the wrong food and was over cooked like the nachos were just sitting under an heating lamp. Our waiter was great but the food was not. As someone who had gone for the first time I will never go back. I had gone around lunch on a week day when they weren’t busy.
