Rocbody Fitness Cafe - New Rochelle

I've ordered MealPrep (MealPrep specific and off the regular menu) three times so far. I was experiencing major burnout and just losing the will to cook which typically means the only other option is junk food/food made extremely unhealthy. This place has been the awesome boost I needed right now. The food is good, the portions are perfect, I'm hitting all my protein targets and getting a little break from hours in the kitchen. It's not food drenching in oil and covered in cheese, its simple healthy food.

I enjoyed the package I got. There's nothing bad to say about this spot. Lost a respectable amount of weight.

honestly was super disappointed. It’s always nice to have a macro friendly option that is on the faster side. The options are endless which I appreciated. I was told 15 minutes and waited 30 which was fine but was disappointed when I realized my food was sitting there and the girl just didn’t notify me it was ready. Overall quality of food was disappointing. The chicken was rubbery and the potatos they use are like the same ones you get at the diner. Like many others stated, there was a lack of seasoning. The texture of the chicken threw me off. For the price it’s just not worth it. But if you’re on prep or need something fast and macro friendly it’s edible. You’re much better off hitting one of the other meal prep places near by.

I’ve been going since it first opened! So many delicious yet healthy choices to choose from. Great shakes too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Healthy food alternatives here which is awesome but the food like other reviewers have stated is very bland.

This place has the most delicious food that NEVER makes me feel guilty for eating it - the penne w/ garlic and oil is so so delicious and their breakfast options are really tasty too!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy

As a repeat customer everytime i go pick up my order, the young girl in the front never greets me. She barely picks her head out of her phone and when she does she just stares at me waiting for me to speak. She will hand me the food without saying "Thank you" or anything. Its annoying. Customer service is important when you are the initial person people see when they enter a buisness. A simple "Hi" and "Thank you" goes a long way.
