Roc N Ramen Bronx

The shrimp bao and the jerk chicken bao are excellent! The ramens (jerk chicken and veggie) were good and filling, lots of good toppings but the broth balance was way too salty for my taste. I'd ask for low salt next time but overall it was solid.

I walked into the kitchen because no one was there... I waited for about 5 minutes no server hostess. So I just walked into the kitchen to try and get some staff to help me. Disgusting food too... I mean if u really want ramen u can go here. But I suggest you avoid this place. Stay safe! Hello sir thank you so much for your reply but there was no staff to even help or stop me from going into the kitchen... I thought the restaurant was closed or abandoned? therefore that is quite unsafe not alone for covid but just for your staff and guests... I was disappointed with the food and I'm very sorry for the bad review... And yes I am sorry the food was cold and the order was wrong, and a long wait time. I tried to fix it, but again I will not reject my review. but I would like to warn people before they enter your establishment... please make sure you have at least one staff member in front of your restaurant because people can get hurt. I hope you stay safe thank you very much Friend tormenting me to try this food again. Didn’t change, please avoid. Same rude staff long wait wrong order and food is very very bad……

Visited today and store is closed. Their number is also disconnected.

This place gives me mixed emotions. The food is really good and fresh. Nice portions and it's great to have a ramen spot in the bronx. Had delivery here a few times. Came in one time for lunch. Had a decent experience. Now, the other day, Jan 31. I decided to pass by for lunch again, I was in the area. I found parking and even paid for it. Just to walk 2 blocks to the restaurant, and it was closed. At 1230 pm. I'm not sure what happened, but no note or anything on the windows and google said it should be open.

Pretty much anything I asked for they didn't have it. It is on the menu, just not in the kitchen.

Me and my family arrived to dine in and the service from that point was horrible . You are greeted with a table and a bell and NO host or waitress to seat us. We waited 20 minutes to sit while the waitress watched us without offering a table in a EMPTY restaurant with only 1 family eating . A family walked in ringing the bell obnoxiously until they got no answer and walked passed us and took their own seat. The waitress STILL didn’t seat us or even greet us and gave that family a menu. We then sat down as they did ,on our own. For starters the waitress took 20 minutes to take our orders . No water was offered . When we ordered there was barely any food available . We waited almost 45min to get our food. I ordered regular ramen and had to add ins bc there wasn’t any meat available . The soup was luke warm if that. The carrots inside tasted cold and as of they weren’t washed . Almost all the ramens were out along appetizers so everyone settled for regular ramen and no one’s food was cold. Not sure if they had a bad day but You can’t have terrible service AND food . Me and my family of 5 won’t be visiting again .

As much as I enjoyed this place, I'm simply not ordering from here ever again. I ordered on Uber Eats and they did not pack my other order only its broth. I assumed that a simple mistake would be rectified; however i was also, simply wrong. Not only did staff make it seem like it was not their problem, the Manager then according to the lady on the phone her "Head Chef" stated that even if they were to make the body of my ramen, there is no Driver so they can not help although they left the item I paid for. Safe to say I made a beautiful Fruity Pebbles Ramen with Oatmilk for the night.

They have been closed for days !!! No sign on the gate or online as to what is happening or when they will be reopening.. Hopefully if they do open back the don’t push the prices up again and make you pay for extra broth like I had to do when my food that suppose to have broth in it already.. you guys are in the middle of a poor Bronx community with the most expensive restaurant on the block & your selling oodles and noodles with a piece of meat. lets be more reasonable smh I love support our black own business but their in the middle of lil Italy & more expensive than Italians, with poor customer service on top of that, watery broth that ur only giving a lil of ..the have some work to do if they reopen or those reasons might be the reason their shut down

On the website they said there were open. When I walked over there they were clothes. I was very disappointed because I wanted ramen.
