Had a horrible experience with this restaurant with both the staff and food. Ordered sesame chicken, got general tao. The “chicken” is a joke - literally its pieces of an unknown substance fried until there’s nothing inside but just balls of grease. Asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, I got nothing - on top of not getting the sauce I asked for there were no utensils and no soy sauce. Salad & dressing were disgusting. The only edible item in my $33 order was the California roll & rice that came with the “general tao” meal. I called them just after placing my order to confirm they have it correct & not to forget the teriyaki sauce. They replied with, you’re tipping cash right? I said you already charged me $5 delivery fee so I won’t be tipping over the already $5 charge. They didn’t like my answer, maybe that’s why they made my food taste like garbage. Restaurant refused to refund me this disgusting meal I wouldn’t even feed to my dog.. I ended up making my own food. Vegetarian options: They’re disgusting, save your money and go somewhere else.

Never order delivery from this place. First time it took 2+ hours, with two inquiring calls, to get the order when the distance was < 5 miles. Second time, now it has been 90 min and still has not received the order.

Wish I could give more info but my order was never delivered. Called the restaurant multiple times who supposedly called the driver and every time he was “10 minutes away.”

Waitresses are all friendly and welcoming. Good sushi and chinese food at a sports bar, thats rare find. Then you can hop on the ferry and be in NYC in 7 mins.

Reason why I’m giving 1 star only: because it is very important that the individual who answers the phone listens and pay attention when a customer is placing an order and Kimberly is obviously NOT listening and letting the customer finish talking. I just cancelled an order over the phone because the uneducated Kimberly has no manners and simply cut me off before finishing my order and asked me if I was paying card or credit! Restaurant manager; hire a phone person who’s going to do her/his job appropriately and NOT let you lose money. This is not my first time ordering from this place.

Vegetarian options: Nice black bean sauce veggie , then Thai basil and yellow curry , also other plant based protein in lunch menu . Love the food here .
