Food was just… meh. Hubby and I agreed it was a 2 out of 5 on food. Pasta tastes like the barilla brand from the grocery stores and over cooked if you like al-dente. Garlic knots were almost too dense to eat. Sausage was just okay but the sauce was nice. Pretty disappointed because I wanted to love this local Italian place, but for the price, I expected higher quality ingredients. Service was good and house red was good. All of this said, I know I can be a bit of a critic for Italian food.
I specifically went searching for this restaurant because I used to work at dtc in the same build this restaurant used to be in and I remember they had the most amazing pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had. It turned out that they close the restaurant that was in dtc but they kept the restaurant that was on the complete opposite side of town from dtc. I went to try to order my pastrami sandwich again and to my surprise they stopped making it. I wish they bring it back, because I would drive an hour there and back for that sandwich. It was that good. Oh btw I never left a review this long or passionate about food
Everyone I’ve been there it’s been great.
Really great food. The pizza rolls are incredible and a must have appetizer! The Fried Brussel Sprouts are good as well. We had the Signature Pasta, Chicken Parmigiana, Pasta Alla Boscaiola all were great but the Signature Pasta was exceptional. Loved the craft beer selections also. Highly recommend.
Wait staff went completely down hill. Used to live coming here now don't recommend. Unless you want to wait over an hour for food to have it burnt. Very sad for a local restaurant
Great Italian food, great priced. Service was a little slow but I can tell it’s a younger staff so I don’t take it personally. Will definitely go back. I shared the saltimbocca and the special and they both tasted basically the same but still good
