Terrible coffee shop. I bought a tea from them and they charged me for a new tea when I asked for a refill on just hot water. Even though I already bought their teabags and cup. I never seen a place charge for faucet water . Even at DIA. They are also very rude. With no customer service skills especially the one woman who works around 1pm. They charge you for things before they check if they have it . Overall terrible experience every time as someone who works in the area everyday

Great coffee shop underneath the Westin hotel....escalators down of South Security when you walk out the doors, same floor as train tracks... quiet place to sit if waiting on your flight. It is befofe security to the gates.

Get an ice coffee and you’ll get a cup of ice with a splash of coffee. You’d also think a coffee shop within a train station within an airport would have prompt service. Nah. There’s a lady walking around aimlessly, you’ll get your drop of coffee when she feels like it - you can catch the next train, she’s just tryna chill. Never again.

1 star for service, 3 star for product Upon purchasing a coffee (after a long flight), I asked for my water bottle to be filled up, quickly drank it (to rehydrate) but was then coldly refused a refill for the road! These small moments matter in the service industry; encourage better training in basic hospitality. I usually love supporting 'independent' coffee shops, but, sadly, people pick the Starbucks to avoid variable, unpleasant treatment like this.

The younger lady in hijab was very rude and dismissive. Came in to the shop and no one was even upfront and later when she appeared she was had an attitude and throw items around. Won’t go back.

Skip the food - have the coffee only. Quick cup for the best for your trip! Roasted on-site and every cup made to order. Coffee is real good. A visit to a Roasting Plant Coffee café is a coffee-lover’s dream. Think “the Willy Wonka of coffee” and you get the idea.

Paid $7 for this “latte.” It’s just iced coffee with milk/creamer, nothing steamed. I asked why the soy milk was congealed at the bottom at the barista just shrugged. I was expecting coffee airport to be expensive, but I at least thought it would taste fine… Definitely go upstairs into the terminal, don’t waste your money here.
