High priced steak that was like rubber and mostly fat - loud bar area and so dark you can’t see what you’re eating -
Great tasting food with a decent selection. Don't skip the appetizers. The staff is very friendly and professional, but service is slow. We were there on a Wednesday, and the place was jammed. It seems popular among the business crowd.
Ahoy, gourmet mates! Me visit to Roaring Fork was like sailing into a cove of culinary wonders! The dishes, as exquisite as treasures from the deep, were a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The steak, cooked to smoky perfection, was as satisfying as a hearty meal after a long day at sea. The sides, each a masterpiece of flavor, complemented the feast like a fine rum accompanies a sailor's tale. The crew, as skilled and attentive as the finest navigators, ensured our dining experience was smooth sailing. The ambiance, with its rustic charm, was as inviting as a warm cabin on a chilly night. For its exceptional cuisine and top-notch service, Roaring Fork gets a roaring five parrots out of five from this food-loving pirate!
Let me say that this was an excellent meal. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent atmosphere. I am staying at the Stephen F. Austin and decided to dine on property. It was an excellent idea. The food was great.
Very nice stake and sides. Great service.
Sweet potato old fashioned was phenomenal. Beef fondue was the perfect appetizer for this hangry chick. Had the 8oz filet for my main as well as a side of the green chili Mac n cheese. Both were out of this world. Finished off with the Mexican vanilla creme brulee. Fantastic service and amazing food.
Came here for a last minute birthday dinner after the previous place was unexpectedly closed. And oh my goodness we had the most fabulous time! They really know how to take care of guests! Perfect place for a celebration dinner! Also their happy hour looked amazing, will be coming back to check it out
