Excellent food and outstanding service.
Ok the brisket here had really good flavor but why are there only a few spots here in Denver that know how to serve sliced brisket . the bark is supposed to stay attached to the meat not get a pile of meat that looks like it was half chopped ... the beans were bomb and the pork belly burnt ends were amazing
This is one of the better BBQ places I’ve tried in Denver! The bison ribs were very flavorful, so were the traditional ribs and the brisket also did not disappoint. The prices seemed very fair especially for the portion sizes. The staff and service were excellent. Yes the restaurant is smaller but it has a local neighborhood vibe and is very welcome. We definitely plan on going back to try out one of the sandwiches next!
I cant believe how good this place is. Buffalo ribs are super tender, the spare ribs smoked to perfection, brisket is out of this world, I mean take a look at the pictures I've posted this is definitely the best bbq in denver. No doubt about it. I brought and recommended this place to handfuls of people and they've all agreed. If you don't stop by and try it. You may regret it for the rest of your life.you should definitely give me a thumbs up if you agree. I've been eating her for years and would love to show the owner that everyone agrees. thanks. Also I've tried dumb near everything on the money but not once been disappointed. P.s. I don't even put their homemade super delicious sauce on it. "Cause it don't need it", but youcan if you'd like. Thanks roaming Buffalo for all of the great food.
You like BBQ? You need to drop by Roaming Buffalo BBQ. We got the Brisket Sandwich, Pulled Pork and wings and all were really great. I would say this place is Top Tier in Denver metro. The Classic BBQ sauce was mild but you won’t miss any spice kick because it is rich and well balanced. Beans had a kick to them and were great. Cilantro-Lime Coleslaw was the best coleslaw I ever tasted in my life!! Definitely coming back to try more sides and grab some dessert and try some ribs which were sold out on Friday by the time we got there. Put Roaming Buffalo on your list and enjoy the small joint atmosphere and fill up on some tasty Q
The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. The bbq pork sandwich is huge and the meat was very tender. The brisket was excellent. It is a small whole in the wall restaurant in terms of the atmosphere.
Please don't let the secret out..........best ever.....
Food had a general theme of having a lack of flavor, but the smoke was definitely there. Bison ribs were not that tender and kind of dry, the price was very fair. There is only a handful of places I know that sell bison ribs so it was still worth trying Roaming Buffalos take on it. The pulled lamb was juicy but had a lack of seasoning. The cornbread and Mac and cheese were disappointing. Service was great and the staff were very nice and attentive. Just wish the BBQ had better flavor, sadly that is a trend with the Denver BBQ I have tried thus far.
