This biryani is way different than anything you will taste anywhere. i can't assimilate the taste to Karachi biryani,hyderabadi, sindhi, or any other biryani . Chef Rehan's Biryani is unique . It has zesty aromatic spices and has great tart and tangy kick in every bite of rice. It's as if every grain of rice was properly infused in masala and spices . the rice he uses is firm and perfect high quality rice. The Veal baby cow meat is like a tiny rib eye roast bone in. think of it like a " plump beef wing drum" if beef had wings. lol. very tender and i loved the pepper hints it had great quality meat and rice. so many people say they wont eat biryani from a restaurant, only wedding style or homecooked biryani. Rehan Bhai Biryani is that biryani !!! this is the homemade biryani you must order to wow your next guests at a party or to share with your family.
