As you arrive, they greet you with a flavorless hot salsa. I was not impressed at all, actually. I was a little disappointed, I thought all the food was going to be the same, but I said, "o well we are already here. Let's go ahead and order something to eat." I ordered mix fajitas, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were actually good. The beans and rice were good, as well as the meat, chicken, and shrimp. I was a little sad that it did not come with guacamole or sour cream. The server was great. Definitely need to work on the salsas. P.s they have two options of molcajetes, one meat, and the other mariscos. My son ordered the meat, but it was weird that it came with chicken, steak, longaniza, cheese the weird part was that it also came with octopus and shrimp, why would you put octopus and shrimp if it was not a seafood molcajete. Ooh well now we know. I will come again. Hopefully, they greet you with a better tasting salsa. First impressions count.
My girlfriends got sick off the food she ordered the chicken nachos and was sick from it. We also noticed because there looks like there's a cutting station there that nobody wears gloves. They use the same knives to cut other items and her chicken tasted horrible. Will never go back there again and I don't recommend anybody else
Was craving molcajete and found on Google. Small restaurant. Clean with vibrant colors. Served chips and salsa upon arrival. Good variety of hot sauces. Our food came out sizzling hot. Dish was $37 for shrimp, chicken, steak, octopus, Nopales, and tortillas. Very flavorful rice and beans. Good size for price. Took a lot to go. Will be back.
