Clean great vibes great staff great food.

As a Chicago wedding photographer, capturing moments at River Roast is always a delight. With its riverside location and stylish interior, this venue offers a perfect blend of urban charm and elegance. The outdoor terrace provides a scenic backdrop for photos, while the staff's professionalism ensures a seamless experience for couples and vendors alike. River Roast is truly one of my favorite venues to photograph weddings in the city.

Food isn’t taste specialy the RR burger

The food was absolutely without peer, and the server did an awesome job! Easily one of the best meals that I've had in Chicago! Dietary restrictions: The server was very conscientious about checking to see if any of us had any food allergies. The beet salad does have pistachios.

Had a delicious lunch at River Roast recently. Love to see chefs include seasonal ingredients in their menus. If you enjoy squash dishes, I highly recommend you try the Roasted Delicata Squash.⁣ ⁣ Roasted Delicata Squash: Wild Rice, Cranberry, & Apple Stuffing, Butternut Squash Puree, Seasonal Vegatables, Sage Vinaigrette⁣ ⁣ As a non-meat eater, finding a good "burger" is a mission I am on. In this case, River Roast has a black bean Veggie Burger that is hearty, flavorful and worthy of the burger title. ⁣ ⁣ Veggie Burger: Black Bean & Farro Patty, Bibb Lettuce, Red Onion, Tomato, Chipotle Aioli, Brioche Bun⁣ ⁣ While it is too cold to be dining on the patio, the sunshine pouring through the window as we sat along the Chicago River was an added bonus to a cozy lunch. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
