Great local Diner!!

Not a diner person but not your usual diner food. Great menu and food. BUT....today was very, very disappointing. Have ordered the broiled lump crab cake many times since Nov and took someone there today after bragging abt how they are all crab with no filler. Have sent many people there for them. BUT today was awful. There was hardly any crab just 90% filler. Extremely disappointing. One waitress said it was a new cook, another said its because crab is so costly the cook put less crab on it Well, then it shouldn't be advertised as broiled lump crab cake when there was all filler and not much crab. Very bad. Two friends who were with me were extremely disappointed esp one who was there for the first time Pat P Was at Ritz again 2/2/24. Asked waitress if lump crab was all crab. She said she thought so. Asked her to ask. She did not and 2 were all crab. 3rd was not! RIP OFF!! Asked for extra lemon. Waitress said she could only give me a couple pieces. What?? We had a $97 bill and she could only give me a couple pieces of lemon!! Outrageous!! Also 2 people with me soup came with what they ordered. To have salad instead charge was $5.98 to get the salad. Again, outrageous! Also our waitress was not very friendly at all. Not the greatest experience this time. I was there abt a month ago and all was fine. Additionally, I don't know what bathroom people used when they were at the Ritz but we have found the bathrooms extremely clean anytime we used it. The food was overcooked and to much sauce in the broccoli and chicken noodles Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very friendly

Usually very delicious.... Just don't order the ham with pineapple glaze... Because its not pineapple.
