Ritual Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge

Good atmosphere, food is plain they messed up my husband to go order. Waiter Donte (or something like that) he was horrible our tabel was filled with glasses I put all the empty glasses and plates to one side and he never came to get them. We had to ask for them to be removed. Overall not going back. Bad 1st impression. Taco are very small and no taste

We had a huge party of 20 this past weekend but had a little trouble with making our reservation. Tori and Kenzie were so kind and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were all sat together and comfortable. Liz was a wonderful server. She was the only server for 20 of us but was professional, kind and efficient. Preston and Deonte were also so kind and helpful. Ritual is one of my favorite places for good food and drinks and a great Sunday Funday vibe!

Stop by while visiting this beautiful town. Sat for 10 minutes at the bar without being greeted or even acknowledged. It was not busy at all. Won’t try it again

We had a few hours before a dinner reservation elsewhere last night, so we made a reservation here for drinks. My first drink was amazing, the second tasted different than the first and was not as good, we ordered a third round and were told he had another reservation coming, so he needed to close us out. We’d been there about an hour and a half at that point. We had been seated inside and there were a lot of open tables. He got irritated because we weren’t ordering food. There were no notifications with the reservation that you must order food or that you have a max of 90 minutes. If the place would’ve been packed, it’s more understandable, but again, lots of open tables.

Food and drinks were good! A little expensive but you’re paying for the ambience as well. Very touristy, but super cute!

The bartenders here are super rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Visited 3/13 at 230pm. Both bartenders on duty sucked.
