Balanced and well dialed in batch brew. Great location for a morning walk.
chai latte is mid AF…not sweet enough. hot chocolate was bitter… but the latte art was pretty! weird pointy plant on the table scared us. service was good though. also only one size for everything :( it wasn’t awful or anything but i don’t plan on coming back
This is a Haight Street gem Really good coffee a pleasant, clean room and a friendly staff that works quickly
Awful service! Everyone is so rude here. I ordered 2 drinks and even tipped after not being treated nicely. Shouldn’t have tipped. We did not like one of the drinks we ordered and I politely asked if I could change the order. I got stared at blankly and was told they don’t remake orders. Never in my life have I been told that. What a joke. Do better.
A great spot to get a pick me up across the street from Buena Vista Park.
Coffee was cold, nasty, & small. Maybe worth it for half the price if you’re in a rush. Atmosphere is okay. Workers are decent. But coffee is horrible for the price. Might as well make your own at home. Save time walking to the coffee shop. Not going again.
the coffee is delicious and the employees are so cool. I just wish the prices were more affordable:/
Man, I've tried to give this place so many chances, thinking that maybe the next time or the next time will be a nice time... But I can take a hint that the employees at this location are just committed to their bad attitudes, and are unable to be kind to customers. Also, a plain espresso is now $4.50?? It hasn't ever been an outright "bad" experience, but I never feel better after coming here. Having been a barista for years and years, I just can't understand why the people at this shop don't take more pride in their role. Maybe it's a management thing, maybe it's just the too-cool-for-you city vibe, but I'll definitely be spending my dollars elsewhere from now on.
