The employee Colton that works at this location is AMAZING!!! If he isn’t already the manager, he really needs to be!! My family and I spent the last week here in FL for my son’s 9th birthday. When we walked in, my son had seen the Rita’s mascot in the store. My son who is special needs asked if we could buy it for his birthday. Colton went above and beyond after hearing our conversation (trying to explain to our son that they aren’t for sale and they don’t have them online to buy) Colton asked us to come back the next day and he would see what he could do. The next day we go and Colton FOUND ONE FOR OUR SON!! We couldn’t believe the loving jester Colton gave to us, complete strangers. My son will never forget this (and neither will we)

About the dessert: My daughter had a waffle bowl with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle. She ate it all. I had the mango and Pina Colada shaved ice with custard on top. Different and a little too sweet for my liking. About the service: Be sure to verify the incurred charges with the prices listed on the menu. This area is very touristy and unfortunately, some business will take advantage of out of town customers. It’s sad that people have to be on alert if being scammed or taken advantage of 24 hours a day. It’s freaking exhausting!

Paola was beyond amazing! She helped everyone and gave samples. Loved the mango and watermelon flavor

Hostess was super friendly, helpful, and genuine! We even got a discount for working at Disney. They offer discounts for others as well! We got the ice flight and we’re able to try several flavors for under $5 with the discount. Dietary restrictions: Almost all Italian ices were dairy free!
