Rita’s Fresh Pasta

Rita’s is unequivocally the best Italian food my wife and I have eaten in boston in the last 10+ years. We are locals in Charlestown, and recently found Rita’s when looking for a new Italian restaurant. After trying Rita’s, my wife and I are absolutely sure we’ve finally found our favorite. Rita’s serves genuine Italian dishes with the freshest ingredients. You can tell the difference on the very first first bite. We quite simply were speechless, and they simply have a gift. The staff was very nice upon arrival and our food came right off the skillet on to our plates. It’s an absolute gem. I could not recommend Rita’s enough and will be sharing my experience with many to come! Thank you for an unbelievable dinner!! (PS: we had the chicken parm, but now all we want to do is go back to try their other dishes!)

It's a bit confusing to get there because they share a space with 3 other restaurants. However, it's a family own business who are from Italy, and it shows. Their food was incredible, and the owners come talk to you. I really hope they get their own space soon because they definitely deserve it. * all the olive oil and flour is imported from Italy*

Absolutely incredible food and a wonderful family owned business and atmosphere. I’ll dream of the pumpkin ravioli for years to come

Holy cannoli! Pic doesn't do it justice, I was almost finished. I'd pick this over the usual spots in the north end.

The Carbonara and Arancini were perfect! A small restaurant, but a big surprise for my wife and I. Surely we'll be back more often. Grazie mille Rita!

Tucked inside Foundation Kitchen, Miss Rita is the Italian Grandma you wish you had. Food is served in a nondescript shared area, but if you weren't sitting there while your food was being prepared you'd miss the smell of the garlic being sautéed in olive oil, and the sight of Rita stretching the dough for pizza. The Margherita Pizza was life changing. Miss Rita is as welcoming as she is talented, you won't be disappointed.

This place was amazing and hospitality was the best. We went in and we’re able to order quickly and they started rolling and making the noodles to order. Portions were large and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The pumpkin raviolis were unique and amazing. Very warm and welcoming people that were proud of what they make and should be because it’s good. I had my screaming toddler and they were so kind to blow up a balloon they had and she was content the rest of the time. At first I was confused about the location but it’s it’s own set up in the food hall type area not a stand alone storefront. Authentic and real Italian home cooking made fresh and perfectly. Price range fits and is fair to the quality and portions. Clean and modern, nice atmosphere
