Rising Roll Gourmet Café Midtown (Regions Plaza)

Had the grand burrito for breakfast and it hit the spot.

Good food, friendly faces and decent prices. My faves: Firecracker Chicken and Durango Chicken.

Horrible customer service. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes with staff looking at us waiting but they did not come to take our order. Let’s not forget to mention the establishment was relatively empty. It would have taken very little effort to say one moment please but they chose not too. They chose to stare and us and walk back and forth. A little respect goes a long way. I will not come to this establishment again.

I love coming here on my lunch break! The staff is super friendly and always happy and eager to help. This location is actually about 15 minutes from my job, and there’s actually a Rising Roll right in the same building as I work, but I’d rather travel to THIS specific location due to the friendliness and great customer service I’ve experienced. Although I wish they were open on weekends too , I’d highly recommend THIS location to anyone! Not to mention the food is bomb! I recommend the Maui salad (I don’t eat meat so it’s without the chicken) you would not be disappointed

Rising rolls baked potatoes are bomb....chives are big and flavorful fresh toppings crispy bacon.....good chicken....and I love love love the manager she is super cool.....I just wish I could catch them when their serving loaded baked potato soup....they put it on the menu but when you call or order it your told they're not serving potato soup today :( so sad....that's my only issue......
